Our client is a leading flow valve manufacturing company engaged in the manufacturing of valves and precision spare parts. They were managing Technical Commercial Data Sheets (TCDS) and Material Test Certificates (MTC) through manual and spreadsheet-based processes, resulting in inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, limited traceability, and delays in document preparation and delivery.
We proposed, developed, and implemented a centralized digital TCDS & MTC Management System for the client’s two manufacturing units. The system enables teams to create, manage, validate, approve, track, and distribute TCDS and MTC documents through a structured and standardized workflow.
