Our client was using PeopleSoft to manage its HR processes but faced challenges in effectively tracking training requirements and assigning relevant training programs to employees across its Indian operations. The organization needed a structured system to streamline the complete training and development lifecycle.
We proposed and developed a Learning & Development Management System that enables managers to recommend training requirements for their teams, while HR reviews and approves these recommendations. HR can create training events, select employees from the recommended list, and manage the complete training schedule. Employees can also independently nominate themselves for relevant training programs.
The system manages the complete training lifecycle—from training recommendation and nomination to participation and feedback collection. It provides a centralized record of employee training activities, making it easier for HR and management to monitor training progress and employee development.
