Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer of Dissolved Acetylene Gas, with manufacturing plants at Karad and Supa, Maharashtra, and eight distribution depots across three states. The company manages approximately 10,000 cylinders for transporting gas from its plants to depots and end customers.
The key challenge was efficiently tracking the location, status, and movement of each cylinder, particularly whether a cylinder was empty or filled. With cylinders continuously moving between customers, depots, and manufacturing plants, manual tracking made it difficult to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
We developed a centralized Cylinder Tracking & Management System to manage the complete cylinder lifecycle—from empty cylinder return and inwarding to gas filling, dispatch, and delivery to customers. Each cylinder’s movement and current status can be tracked throughout the entire cycle.
